Starting this month, Dynamic Works Institute will celebrate 25 years of delivering transformative training for individuals, corporations, and community-based organizations in all 50 United States, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam.
To celebrate this momentous occasion, we’re remembering our journey to becoming the leading training provider we’re proud to be today.
Foundation
DW was founded in Florida in 1999 after the governor decided that workforce development employees should have a professional accreditation. DW’s parent company, The Kaiser Group LLC, had been operating in workforce business service delivery since 1979 and rose to the challenge of providing training for this new accreditation.
After successfully delivering the training for the Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) certification in Florida for years, we decided to grow and offer our training to new states and territories.
Growing into the company we are today
In the years since DW has evolved from a single state-recognized workforce staff professional development brand to one of the most successful education and training companies in the United States.
We’ve created and perfected a proven approach to online training and content development, refining our approach to designing interactive training for clients with multiple objectives. Today, private enterprise and higher education clients alike benefit from this custom-designed coaching and curricula. In addition, first-time job seekers and those returning to the workforce can utilize our online training to gain essential skills necessary to land gainful employment in today’s job market.
“We’re immensely proud to be celebrating 25 years changing the landscape with our training for workforce staff, higher education students, association members, and individuals on their career path journeys,” said Chief Executive Officer Paul Dunn. “Together, we have served over 40,000 learners who have taken over 768,000 courses and have been awarded more than 17,000 professional certifications. Since the creation of the CWDP certification, nearly 70 percent of the nation’s workforce professionals who have earned their CWDP through reciprocity training organizations have done so through Dynamic Works.”
“For the future, we want to take Dynamic Works internationally and expand our footprint in providing training services to workforce development agencies and people who are on their career journeys from new job seekers to second careers,” said President Terri Leisten. “We continue to evolve at the pace of technology, and we have a tried-and-tested ability to transform careers that we’d like to share and support people around the world.”
