Terri Leisten

Named Teacher of the Year in her native Ohio from Sallie Mae during her first year in public education, Terri has continued to embrace education as a platform for workforce development programs as President of Dynamic Works Institute. She has designed several award-winning workforce development curricula with previous employers – Power, Passport and Project CEO – earning NYEC’s PEPNet (Promising and Effective Practices Network) award for effective practices in youth employment and development, as well as Recognition of Excellence from the United States Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration (USDOL/ETA) at Workforce Innovations.

Terri has extensive knowledge in developing and successfully delivering technology-based solutions designed to enhance worker performance and productivity. She has served on planning committees with the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals and presented at various state and national conferences. In prior roles, she provided technical assistance and training in several Region V workforce regions, including Ohio and Missouri and received the Showcase Program Award from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Center on Education and Work. She is a NAWDP Board Member at Large and is proud to serve her fellow workforce professionals.

Gena Leisten

Gena is an accomplished leader with a rich history in the e-learning industry with a robust skill set in negotiation, team building, management, leadership, sales and strategic planning. Holding a Bachelor of Education degree with a focus on Elementary Education and Teaching, along with a Reading Endorsement from the University of Dayton, Gena brings both academic insight and hands-on experience to the table. Her journey at Dynamic Works Institute spans 9 years, showcasing versatility and dedication in various roles, culminating in her current position as General Manager. Gena is the driving force behind our commitment to excellence and innovation in workforce development training.

Panda Smith

Panda is the Project Manager for Dynamic Works Institute. She has been with Dynamic Works for 5 years. During this time, she has worked to create, manage and deliver exceptional online content to both job seekers and for professional development. Panda is from Huntsville, Alabama where she spent 17 years as a child and adolescent therapist. She has worked with at risk populations for most of her career but specialized in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Panda uses her field experience to teach at her local community college. She has taught General Psychology, Child Development and Human Growth and Development for the last 15 years. Panda would describe herself as a believer in lifelong learning for all.

Justin Jack

Justin is a seasoned Sales Executive, having worked at Dynamic Works for two years. A proud graduate of Howard University, Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature, complemented by a master’s degree in Secondary Education & Teaching from Relay Graduate School for Education. His ability to identify opportunities and foster collaborative ventures has been a driving force in the growth of Dynamic Works Institute. With a keen understanding of both education and sales landscapes, Justin brings a unique blend of skills to our team.

Ophelia Strickland

Ophelia is a Virtual Success Coach and Trainer for Dynamic Works Institute for over 4 years. She provides integrated workforce and job retention services and training by leading workshops, webinars and 1:1 coaching sessions for job seekers. She focuses on developing, evaluating and effectively initiating and implementing plans to enhance job seekers employment skills. Ophelia has worked in many facets of workforce and career development over the past 15 years.
