WAUKESHA, WI — (July 12, 2024) – Dynamic Works Institute (DW), a leading provider of comprehensive workforce development training and services, announces its latest contract with North Carolina Works (NCWorks). This new collaboration signifies a pivotal step forward in workforce training, leveraging DW’s state-of-the-art training programs and deep-rooted expertise in workforce development to empower North Carolina’s workforce.
Under this one-year contract, with the option to extend, DW has developed a customized package of learning modules specifically designed to meet the needs of NCWorks staff. The training bolsters workforce development efforts and helps professionals better serve their customers, positively impacting the community.

The training package developed for NCWorks includes a variety of targeted courses:
- Workforce Rookie Live: A live 3-hour event providing a comprehensive overview of the workforce for new staff members.
- NAWDP 5 Core Competency Training Course: Each staff member will complete this module and receive a certificate to present to the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) when applying for the Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) certification.
- Optional Customer Experience: Staff can attend any of DW’s virtual webinars, covering a wide range of over 65 topics to enhance their customer service skills.
Prior to winning the contract and to ensure all training meets all specific needs, DW conducted a design session with the NCWorks team. As it stands, several cohorts will undergo this 120-day training over the next year, reinforcing DW’s commitment to providing tailored, impactful training solutions.
