This two-part series equips workforce professionals with the tools to deliver empowered, compassionate service.

In session one you’ll cover the essentials of trauma-informed engagement to strengthen your case management practices
In session two you’ll build resilience strategies to support both yourself and your participants
3. NAWDP 5 Core Competency Training
Achieve industry recognition by mastering the core competencies. This is a NAWDP approved training course for CWDP certification.
