To create an account go to THIS LINK and click on “Not a member?” Enter all of your information in the fields and click sign up. You will be sent a registration email with your login credentials. Please reach out to Dynamic Works Institute Support at [email protected] and include your name, email and the names of the courses you are missing so we can check to see what courses you need on your account.

Log into your account and click on “Learning Catalogs.” Choose the course you would like to purchase and click “Add to Cart.” From here, you can either view your cart or continue shopping. To checkout, “View Cart” and then checkout. Enter your billing information and click purchase. The course will then appear in your “My Learning” tab. Need more help? Watch THIS VIDEO

Check your spam and clutter folders for an email from Dynamic Works Institute  Support. If the email is not in any of your folders, you may need to contact your IT department to let our emails come through.

Please reach out to Dynamic Works Institute Support at [email protected] and include your name, email, names of courses and the number of seats you had remaining so we can get those courses back onto your account.

Dynamic Works Institute provides an optional paid-for (“Fee”) subscription service (“annual or single membership”) that allows our users additional Benefits and Features (“Features”) not available on a standard course training account with the Dynamic Works Institute Learning Community. The Dynamic Works Institute “Annual or Monthly” (“Subscription”) Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the Dynamic Works Institute Terms of Use. Where there is conflict between the “Subscription Terms and Conditions and the General Terms of Use", the specific “Subscription” Terms and Conditions shall apply, but all other provisions with the General Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect. If you buy our paid Annual Subscription (“Annual Subscription”), you agree to pay us the annual fee in full at the time of purchase. Failure to pay this Fee will result in the termination of your paid Subscription. By signing up for Dynamic Works Institute’s Subscription membership, you agree to all of these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements.
  1. Dynamic Works Institute will provide you with the Features of Subscription immediately upon the successful validation of your payment information and payment of the associated Fee.
  2. When you sign up for an Annual Subscription, Dynamic Works Institute will automatically start a one year (365 day) subscription.
  3. If you do not want to continue to be charged on a recurring annual basis, you must cancel your Subscription.
  4. Initial subscription period purchased (one month, six months, or full year) is NON-RENEWABLE. Cancellation will cease AUTO-RENEWAL of Subscription. you will still have access to the features for the period you have already paid. On cancellation, you will receive communication from Dynamic Works Institute confirming your cancellation and providing the date up until which you can enjoy the Features. DYNAMIC WORKS INSTITUTE WILL NOT REFUND ANY FEES THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID.
  5. You are required to maintain accurate and up-to-date payment information. Dynamic Works Institute assumes no responsibility or liability if your Subscription membership fails to renew or otherwise expires because of outdated or incorrect payment information.
  6. Your purchase of Subscription membership may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices based on location (e.g. exchange rates).
  7. Dynamic Works Institute reserves the right to change the Fee for Subscription from time to time. We will communicate any Fee changes 30 days in advance with currently active Subscription members only. If you do not agree with the Fee changes, you have the right to reject the change by canceling your Subscription.
  8. Dynamic Works Institute reserves the right to remove or add any Features of Subscription at any time.
If you buy our paid Month-by-Month Subscription (“Annual Subscription”), you agree to pay us the applicable Fee. Failure to pay this Fee will result in the termination of your paid Subscription. By signing up for Dynamic Works Institute’s Subscription membership, you agree to all of these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements.
  1. Dynamic Works Institute will provide you with the Features of Subscription immediately upon the successful validation of your payment information and payment of the associated Fee.
  2. When you sign up to Subscription, Dynamic Works Institute will automatically start to charge you on a recurring monthly basis, until such time as you cancel your subscription, which you can do at any time. You will be charged on the same date each month that you signed up to Subscription. By providing your payment details, you agree to this charge using such payment details.
  3. If you do not want to continue to be charged on a recurring monthly basis, you must cancel your Subscription.
  4. Cancellation will cease auto-renewal of Subscription. If you cancel your Subscription, you will still have access to the Features for the period you have already paid. On cancellation, you will receive communication from Dynamic Works Institute  confirming your cancellation and providing the date up until which you can enjoy the Features. DYNAMIC WORKS INSTITUTE WILL NOT REFUND ANY FEES THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID.

If you buy our training per user, (one user, one course) you agree to pay us the applicable Fee. Failure to pay this Fee will result in no access to the training material. By choosing to purchase a single or more courses for yourself or others, you agree to all of these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements.
  1. Submission of your order, in any format, constitutes an agreement and acceptance by the purchaser that all information is complete and correct and guarantees payment in full to Dynamic Works Institute, according to the prices listed.
  2. Payment is due upon receipt.
  3. To be processed, orders must be accompanied by either a signed purchase order or a valid credit card number.
  4. Courses can be transferred to other learners in your organization if:
    • The transfer is made within 6 months of the original order
    • The student has not taken any courses
    • The student shows no online activity
  5. Once a student has begun using the courses, transfers or substitutions cannot be made. Please contact us for transfers or substitutions.
  6. Why? When students become members, they are assured that they have access to that course for the lifetime of course duration, which varies based on what is purchased. In order to keep our promise to our students, therefore, we cannot transfer course access once learning has begun.
  7. All courses are offered as an annual license. Bulk orders have 1 year from date of purchase to assign the course(s) to students. Any licenses remaining at the 1-year anniversary are forfeited. Dynamic Works is not responsible for refunding any unused seats for bulk orders.
