Developing and Sustaining a Strong Business Services Program

Begin with the end in mind!

It’s not a new idea, and frankly it’s a thought that’s been around for years and will arguably remain applicable for years to come.  The question becomes how do we take this concept and bring it into our operations in workforce services?  Not only designing business services with the end customer in mind, but how do we tailor our entire workforce culture with that end?  These are vital questions and with the impact of WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act) it drives the point home even further.

We at Dynamic Works respect that challenge and know it’s a real opportunity to rock workforce services and make an impact on the customers we serve. Dynamic Works has worked closely with Manpower to develop content to ensure you have everything you need to be successful.  Our business services training focuses on competencies such as: analyzing the value of business services, uniting business services with economic development, and constructing business partnerships to deliver performance.

To give you a sneak peek at this rock star curriculum, Dynamic Works and Manpower will be presenting at the NAWDP Annual Conference this May. We want to invite you to attend our presentation on this topic; Tuesday May 23rd at 9:30 am.  The workshop is titled Developing and Sustaining a Strong Business Services Program.

If history is any indication, the NAWDP conference will be excellent. NAWDP opens its doors in New Orleans this May and will likely challenge our preconceptions about workforce development and workforce services. We’ll see you in May and let’s remember to begin with the end in mind.
